A registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data (required fields with *). This is done in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (EU-GDPR 2018) and solely for the purpose of organising and realising the event.

Payment

If you opt for ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT you will be taken to the charge form via a secure payment provider.
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA and MASTERCARD.
Payments per credit card will be processed in EURO only.

Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an invoice and confirmation of payment within the next
3 working days from the conference office (bertinoro-course@eshg.org).

**Please note that as of April 22, 2025 only creditcard payment can be accepted - thank you for your understanding**

Payments by bank transfer need to be credited to the conference account by April 28, 2025.

Payments by bank transfer are to be made free of charge to the beneficiary.
In case of any remaining negative balance due such as bank charges on the organiser's side, we will ask you
to settle the open balance.

Please indicate the invoice number and the full name of the participant(s) on all bank transfers.

After we have received your registration, we will send you an electronic invoice in a separate e-mail within 3 working days.

Should you have made a credit card payment, you will also receive a confirmation of payment.
Should you have opted for a bank transfer as payment method, please transfer the open amount to the bank account stated on the invoice within the respective payment period.
