The organisers have arranged for a Papal Audience for the participants of the 38th Workshop of the European Helcobacter and Microbiota Study Group.

The audience will start on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 09.00hrs, the best will be to arrive at the meeting point at approx. 07.00 - 07.30hrs. on that day. 
We will inform you on the meeting point as well as the place where to collect the tickets you will order approx. 1-2 weeks before the audience.

Note: appropriate attire is requested for a place of worship: shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women.

Payment

If you opt for ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT you will be taken to the charge form via a secure payment provider.
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA and MASTERCARD.
Payments per credit card will be processed in EURO only.

Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation of payment and invoice within the next hour from the conference office (workshop@ehmsg.org).

The respective fees are only applicable if the payments have been credited to the congress account by the respective deadlines.
Registering before a deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction.

Payments by bank transfer are to be made free of charge to the beneficiary.
In case of any remaining negative balance due such as bank charges on the organiser's side, we will  ask you to settle the open balance.

Please clearly state the participant's name, the invoice number and the registration number on the transaction.

 

*Bank details can be found on the invoice. All bank charges and transfer costs are to be paid by the participant(s). Any negative balance will be collected on site. Please indicate the invoice as well as the registration number and the full name of the participant(s) on all bank transfers.
