Reception Vienna Town Hall

On Friday, July 10th, 7 pm, you are invited to a reception at the historic Town Hall Vienna.

The reception will start at 07pm and last for some hours. We will offer food from the buffet and some drinks and there will be some classic live-music.

Admission is EUR 59,00 and registration is mandatory to receive a ticket!

INVOICE AND CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT  
Please note that you will receive an automatic confirmation of registration and invoice (if applicable) shortly to your e-mail address.  

This automatic message is a confirmation of registration only, not necessarily a confirmation of payment. 
Should you have made a credit card payment, you will also receive a confirmation of payment.  
Should you have opted for a bank transfer as payment method, please transfer the open amount to the bank account stated on the invoice within the respective payment period. 

 

IMPORTANT:

The respective registration fees are only applicable, if they have been credited to the congress account before the respective deadline. Registering before a deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the respective reduction. Please note that a different fee applies for onsite payments and registrations.

If the fee is not transferred to the congress bank account before the respective deadline expires, the fee will be changed to the next applicable fee automatically.

Important: Please make sure that you transfer the open amount with NO BANK FEES TO THE BENEFICIARY!
