Payment

*Bank Transfer

Transfer the open amount to the bank account stated on the invoice you will receive automatically by email.

Payments via bank transfer must be made free of charge to the beneficiary. Any remaining bank charges will be collected on site.

Please clearly state the participant's name and the invoice number on the transaction.

IMPORTANT
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the respective deadline. Registering before the deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction. If the fee is not transferred to the congress bank account before the respective deadline expires, the fee will be changed to the next applicable fee automatically.

**Online credit card

If you opt for online credit card payment you will be taken to the charge form via a secure payment provider. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS. Payments via credit card will be processed in EURO only. 

Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an invoice and confirmation of payment by email.
