General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for FEMclub, taking place in Vienna, Austria, on May 8, 2025. All deadlines and times mentioned refer to Central European Time (CET).

 

Event Modifications & Liability

FEMclub organizers reserve the right to modify the program. No refunds will be granted for speaker cancellations, room capacity limits, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of event cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., pandemics), fees may be credited for a future event or refunded after deducting incurred costs. Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. The organizers assume no liability for personal losses or damages.

 

FEMclub: Cancellation Policy

Payments must be made in EUR via pay pal or bank transfer. Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online registration within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this does not apply if you have already accessed the symposium during this period.

 

Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax to the NMN Symposium 2025 Office. Refunds will be processed after the event.

 

Before March 10, 2025 – 75% refund

March 10 – March 26, 2025 – 25% refund

After March 26, 2025 – No refund

 

Refunds for overpayments or duplicate payments must also be requested in writing.

 

By registering, participants accept that the organisers are not liable for any personal, travel, or health-related issues. The symposium fee does not include insurance.

 

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be handled in Vienna, Austria.
