Important Information on the Selection Process

All abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee. The best scored abstract in each category will be assigned to the according session. All other abstracts will be presented as posters in the poster area.

The format of acceptance will depend on the scoring result of the respective abstract.

IMPORTANT:

• By submitting an abstract submitters agree that their personal data are being saved and used by the organiser in order to process the submission and enable the presentation at the conference.
• You may be presenting author of only one paper, but co-author of any number of abstracts.
• Multiple submissions with identical presenting authors will be automatically rejected.
• Identical submissions from different first authors will also be automatically rejected.
• Abstracts containing no results or structure will be rejected.

Guidelines for submission

• The abstract title must not be more than 25 words
• Maximum number of words (exclusive title and names of authors): 300 words
  
• Abstract needs to be structured accordingly: background, methods, results, conclusion
• no tables/images allowed
  
• authors: full name, institute and e-mail address of all authors: please mark the presenting author
  
• Indicate title, name, affiliation & conflict of interest of all co-authors
